Its where Ulverstone unwinds.What you can expect in a day in this role:In this role, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.Some of your day-to-day duties will include:Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operationsManaging TAB functionsDay-to-day operations of gaming roomsAssisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries and complaintsUphold cleanliness and hygiene standardsWhat you will bring to the roleAlong with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative, you will have:Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyKnowledge of gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesA professional and mature can do attitude with the ability to work autonomouslyCurrent Tasmanian Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RCG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB would be advantageousPlease note that to be successful in this role, you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.A successful candidate in this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from usVantage Group is a part of Federal Hospitality (including Wrest Point, Saffire, and Macq01) and offers:Access to hundreds of discounts across many brands, helping you save on everyday expenses, including phone bills, fuel and groceries, fashion, restaurants, and entertainmentSupportive work environment with learning and development opportunitiesStaff discounts across Federal Hospitality propertiesFree parking (where available) and staff uniformInterested?
