Health and Security Assistant Illawarra Hospital Group Reference: REQ613076Pay: $32.10 per hour + 12% super & salary packagingType: Various Casual, Permanent and Temporary Full Time and Part Time Provide a clean, hygienic and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Responsibilities Undertake cleaning duties including rooms, equipment, utensils and fresh linen. Report any damage, defective items and observations about the patient environment. Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, preoperative shaves and report any concerns. Perform security duties directed by hospital management, ensuring a secure environment for staff, patients and visitors. Qualifications and Requirements Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role. Working With Children Check (WWCC). Hold a current Class 1A NSW Security Licence.
