This position would be perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and thrives in a practical, hands-on environment.Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean, well-organised and hazard-free yard to support safety and operational efficiencyConduct regular housekeeping duties (sweeping, tidying, waste removal) to eliminate clutter and maintain a safe workspacePerform routine operational tasks such as cleaning tools, washing equipment, and preparing orders for transportAssist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock, and pulling parts/equipment for customer orders and service techniciansEnsure company vehicles and equipment are cleaned, fuelled, and stocked to support daily field serviceProvide logistical support by aiding in the loading, unloading, and transport of necessary stock and equipmentHelp facilitate smooth delivery and pickup operations, along with assisting customers in a professional mannerStrictly follow all company quality, health, and safety policies to maintain a safe working environmentRole RequirementsStrong work ethic and a positive attitudePhysically fit and able to perform manual handling and repetitive tasksWillingness to work in various weather conditions and environmentsBasic mechanical knowledge (advantageous)Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)We offer a competitive salary that exceeds industry award rates, monthly RDO accrual to ensure a healthy and consistent work life balance, a supportive team environment, and full-time, stable employment with a well-established company with a strong reputation and consistent growth.Mccullochs is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
