About the Role Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker to join their team in Grafton to provide highquality clinical services and leadership as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). Responsibilities Provide highquality clinical services to patients/clients. Lead and support the multidisciplinary health care team. Participate in the development and implementation of health care plans. Qualifications Minimum of three years of clinical experience in social work. Valid Australian licence or registration as a social worker. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or legally able to live and work in Australia.
