As a Chef, you will prepare and cook a variety of dining options, maintaining the highest standards and delivering highquality, wellpresented meals that create memorable experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage efficient and highquality food preparation. Maintain presentation and consistency of food served. Service and prepare all bistro and function meals. Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations. Ensure compliance with food handling practices and perform general cleaning duties. Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality. About You Previous experience working in a kitchen. Hold a CertIII orIV in Commercial Cookery. Food Handling certificate. Be selfdisciplined and a team player. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
