Job OverviewProduction Worker - Day & Afternoon shifts (Casual) at Randstad Australia, Marleston site.Multiple ongoing casual opportunities for 23 shifts a week. Workers may be required to work on production lines and in cleaning areas. Potential for contract extension.ResponsibilitiesWork on production lines and cleaning areas following team, safety, and quality principles. Maintain high performance and attendance, and work well under pressure in a busy environment. Receive training to acquire the required skills.Essential RequirementsUnderstanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles.Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Strong performance and attendance history with reliable transport to shifts.Comfortable with oncall work.High energy and enthusiasm for learning new skills.Eligible to work in Australia.Day Shift: Availability between 6:00am and 2:45pm.Afternoon Shift: Availability between 2:00pm and 10:00pm.Minimum availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.DesirableProduction experience.Previous machine operating experience in a similar industry.Handpacking experience.Able to attend 5 consecutive days of paid training.Weekend availability (potential weekend work).Flexibility to work across other shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
