Prior Law is seeking a Records Digitisation Clerk to provide reliable and confidential documents scanning and record digitisation services from our Gippsland offices based in Morwell and Leongatha. Use our documents scanning technology to capture high quality records efficiently and securely as a casual while being part of an inclusive and motivated team. Key responsibilities include: Digitise physical files using scanning equipment Apply quality assurance processes ensuring complete and accurate images of physical client records are created Registration and classification of digitised information into the Electronic Document Records Management System Prepare physical files for scanning and assist with retrieval and refiling of physical client files Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information is maintained at all times. Experience and attributes required: Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe products Able to maintain concentration whilst doing basic repetitive work Diligent and have a eye for detail Proven ability to follow procedures correctly Awareness of confidentiality requirements Able to pick up new skills quickly Maintain accuracy while meeting KPI objectives Ability to work autonomously as well as being an active team player This position requires the applicant to possess very good organisational skills. Classification for this position will be Casual Legal Services Award Level 1 ($33.70 per hour) plus super. This role is flexible with hours, up to a maximum of 38 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
