How you can help us A lot of the time when someone calls a vet its because their pet is in distress, sick or has injured themselves. It is in highstress and emotional moments like these that a reassuring voice on the other end of the line gives everyone a sense of calm, and lets them know help is there. We need someone who can work with people in distress, gather required information, and make the process seamless while maintaining high quality. What your background looks like You have experience working in a clinical environment (human health or animal health). You have excellent organisational skills (bonus points if you can help organise others). You have an attitude that if something needs to be done you get it done and do not walk past it.
