Position Description We are seeking a talented and creative FullTime Chef (focus on pizza making but fully skilled in kitchen operation) to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting highquality dishes that reflect the rich traditions of Italian cooking. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure all meals are executed to perfection and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Create and develop new menu items in line with Italian culinary traditions. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards. Assist with the kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with frontofhouse staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Manage food inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and quality control. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in an Italian restaurant or similar environment. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques. Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Certification in culinary arts or relevant qualifications preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary of $76,515 per year plus benefits.
