You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and thrive in an environment that rewards and celebrates achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.RoleSenior Field Service Technician you will service Woodford Correctional Center with a focus on maintaining high-level hardware/software and network assets including network switches, routers, time servers, servers, RAID systems, workstations, EBI, DVM, VMD, Biometrics, IP Intercoms, IP Cameras, NVRs, DARs and DVRs on QCS sites, to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesService and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenanceConfiguration of Security systems hardware and softwareDiagnoses fault and repairs on Security Head end systemsSoftware load and configuration of EBI / DVM SystemsSmall to medium project installations including managing SubcontractorsEstimates materials costs and quantities and ordering partsFinancial control according to previously agreed budgets and plansEnsuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipientsDevelopment and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team LeaderAchievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectivesAvailability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directedKey Experience & CapabilitiesElectrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an AdvantageFault finding and repairs to Electronic equipmentExperience with Honeywell control systems and EBI products in Security, Fire and HVAC applications is an advantageExperience with management, repair and maintenance of IT systems including hardware and softwareQLD Security provider and Installer LicenseQLD Corrections Yellow Card and relevant Security ClearanceCommitment to customer satisfactionGood communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervisionThe ability to work under pressureA strong commitment to safety and a safe working environmentWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
