Position Description Provides Welfare Officer services and support to community-based consumers, their families, significant others and staff of Fremantle Mental Health Service. Assesses and prioritises consumer welfare needs and provides direct assistance to access benefits, housing and other requirements. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders, including government and nongovernment agencies. Works in collaboration with Social Work and the multidisciplinary team in providing a comprehensive social welfare service.
