SCHADS Level 6 + Super + Salary PackagingPart-time position (3 days per week) Max Term position until 29 January 2027 (Parental Leave Cover)Based at SaleIncrease fortnight take-home pay with access to $15,900 salary packaging benefits!Your new roleAs a Family Group Conferencing Specialist you will provide a service within the Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response, which is grounded within a Family Group Conferencing model. You will be responsible for promoting and facilitating Family Group Conferencing within the FPR Response and Family Services program, as well as training FPR Practitioners in the FGC model across Uniting.Family Group Conferencing is a family centred, strengths orientated, culturally sensitive and community-based approach to family decision making and case planning.
