About the Role Oversee daily kitchen operations across busy lacarte service and a vibrant events & functions offering. Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on menu development, seasonal innovation, and operational strategy. Lead and mentor a talented brigade, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture. Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and financial performance in a highvolume environment. Contribute to the venues reputation as a goto destination for both locals and events clientele. About You Strong background in premium dining venues; hatted experience highly desirable. Proven ability to manage both lacarte and events service at volume. Ambitious, creative, and passionate about working with great produce. Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills. Calm under pressure and thrives in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
