We are seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Regional Head in Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Construction (CASC) to lead our highperformance sales team and drive the business units growth by aggressively acquiring new customers and expanding revenue from existing accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This role demands entrepreneurial drive, a strong sales focus and leadership. As the Regional Head of CASC ANZ you will lead our CASC team to commercial success in Australia and New Zealand. You will shape the commercial strategy for the CASC business unit and accelerate this business forward to continued growth, develop and execute sales strategies, build a strong sales pipeline, lead new business development initiatives and inspire a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will partner with wellknown brands in the industry, build and maintain strong partnership relationships with our principals and suppliers, key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and longterm business growth. You will identify product opportunities, partner with suppliers and develop the most attractive product basket for our customers. Leading a dedicated and experienced team, you will lead by example, providing mentorship and coaching to develop your teams sales skills and capabilities while fostering a competitive and resultsdriven culture. This role has full P&L and portfolio management accountability for the business unit and will lead it to achieve its revenue, profit and working capital targets. Key Responsibilities Develop short and mediumterm business strategy and plans for the unit, and drive execution in line with company vision. Define key supplier and customer markets, survey competitive landscape, and determine gotomarket strategy and productservice portfolio. Identify new markets and establish prospecting plans to develop new customers. Bring creative ideas to market and develop innovative concepts and solutions that give Caldic ANZ a competitive advantage. Lead segment sales & marketing to drive continuous profitable growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, driving new customer acquisition and increasing revenue from existing accounts. Lead by example, inspire, motivate and coach the team to maximize performance; set clear sales objectives, provide ongoing feedback and ensure the team has the skills and support needed for success. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company growth objectives, continuously evaluating market opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential customers and expanding market presence. Build and maintain partnership relationships with principals, suppliers, key customers and stakeholders; identify product opportunities and develop attractive product baskets. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience and product alignment. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely performance data. Identify training needs, provide ongoing training, mentorship and coaching to improve sales skills, product knowledge and customer engagement. Position Requirements & Key Abilities Bachelors degree in business, science, chemistry or related field, preferably with a postgraduate qualification. Minimum 12 years in sales leadership within Coatings, Construction, Adhesives and Sealants distribution or a directly related industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading teams to exceed targets (preferably in Australia and New Zealand). Experienced leader with proven ability to develop sales and support teams, set and meet objectives, and deliver stretch goals. Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth, including new customer acquisition and expanding share of wallet within existing accounts. Commercial acumen: strong understanding of sales metrics, P&L, and ability to manage forecasts, pipelines and budgets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and inspire the team. Decisionmaking and problemsolving skills; ability to analyze market trends, identify obstacles and find creative solutions. Focus on principals and suppliers, championing bestpractice promotion, product insights and training to customers. Customercentric mindset; ability to build lasting relationships and proactively address customer needs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; leader in adopting new systems and ways of working.
