About The Role First point of contact for retail sales and enquiries Receiving and storing of incoming goods Order processing including point of sale and invoicing Picking and packing of outgoing goods to customers and store transfers Assist with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes Build excellent customer relationships Champion safety and compliance requirements General duties supporting the branch in daytoday operations About You Cert III in Retail or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS and financial software) Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written and verbal) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong problemsolving skills appropriate to the role Excellent customer service orientation Current valid driving licence Selfstarter with initiative to work independently when required Desirable Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience in the agricultural industry Inventory management experience About Us AGnVET is an Australianowned independent agribusiness, established in 1915, providing rural supplies and services through over 70 branches across Eastern Australia.
