What Youll Be Doing Set the stage for live music, open mic nights, and creative youth events. Install and operate AV gear projectors, sound systems, lighting, video conferencing tools. Troubleshoot tech issues and keep everything running smoothly. Collaborate with young people and staff to deliver custom AV setups. Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Stay ahead of tech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Work flexible hoursincluding evenings and weekendsto support events, because thats when the fun happens. About You Solid AV experience in entertainment or corporate settings. A love for learning and adapting to new tech. A teamfirst attitude and passion for youth engagement. Strong communication skills to connect with diverse groups. Problemsolving skills and coolheadedness under pressure. Under Part 2, Section 6 of the Child Protection (Working With Children) Act 2012, this position has been designated as requiring a paid NSW Working With Children Check. Applicants are required to provide a NSW Working with Children Check application/clearance reference number to their application. This position involves undertaking manual tasks relating to the setup of AudioVisual equipment. Applicants should be physically capable to undertake the duties as outlined in the job. Evening and Weekend work will be a requirement of this role. We are looking for casual staff who are flexible with their working hours and can be called upon at short notice.
