Reporting to the Coordinator Corporate Governance, this role plays a key part in upholding civic protocol and ensuring events reflect the Citys values and standards. You will liaise with Council Members, Members of Parliament, government agencies and community stakeholders to deliver seamless and professional events. Youll also provide advice on civic protocol and maintain accurate records and systems to support event delivery. This is a dynamic role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. About You Youre a confident communicator with a passion for civic engagement and public service. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy coordinating meaningful events that bring people together. Key Requirements A qualification in Business Administration, Event Management or relevant experience. Knowledge of civic protocol across Federal, State and Local Government. Strong organisational and time management skills. Intermediate administrative and financial skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
