Role As a school leader and member of the Student Services team, the Program Coordinator: Provides effective leadership of the Years79 cohorts, including line management of Year Coordinators. Analyzes student academic, attendance and behavioural data and implements actions to enhance outcomes. Plays a lead role in strategic planning and operational logistics for Transition and supports other College priorities. Leads a highperforming Student Services team to support students achieving success and reaching their full potential, including case management and documentation. Liaises with teachers, parents, visiting teachers and external agencies.
