OverviewWe are searching for an outstanding Customer Success Technician to join our high-performing Customer Success Technical Team. This role involves offering detailed technical support for Aristocrat Interactive''s full range of software and hardware products in NSW and ACT. The position will contribute to the successful execution of upcoming projects, including onsite customer engagements, system deployment, configuration, and enablement activities. The Technical Support Specialist will collaborate with internal problem-solving teams and key contributors to ensure timely and detailed resolution of technical problems. The role requires strong analytical and prioritisation skills, with the ability to advance matters appropriately when necessary. Participation in a structured on-call rotation is also a requirement of this position. What You''ll Do (Responsibilities) Provide on-site pre- and post-installation support for Aristocrats Venue Management Systems, Applications & Web-based products Build and install software on machines (EGMs, Workstations, Servers) Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Manage client calls applying our Call Management System (Salesforce) Update call tickets with necessary information in line with service levels and escalate to Senior Engineers when appropriate Liaise with customers to ensure visits are timely and impactful Ensure a professional image when in the presence of customers and that their requirements are met in a timely manner Liaise and work with internal resources to deliver client requirements (e.g., Service Technicians) Adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Participate in and support the overall CXS strategy What We''re Looking For (Qualifications) Epic customer service skills A love of helping people and an appetite to learn Experience building & configuring operating system workstations and servers Excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to work unsupervised Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer literacy Experience with VMware, Linux & Windows (Server and Workstation) software advantageous Experience with Salesforce or a similar CMS tool advantageous Combination of software and hardware experience advantageous Company Summary Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limiteds (ASX: ALL) regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business and was formed in 2024 when the Anaxi and NeoGames businesses came together.
