What Were Looking For Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration. Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (previous experience an advantage). Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. Current, full Australian drivers licence. Fulltime permanent or parttime permanent availability. Role Responsibilities Support the physical, functional and cognitive abilities of our clients, aiming to increase mobility and reduce falls risks. Provide a wide variety of services, including ADL assessments and equipment prescriptions, home modification recommendations, and intervention services. Service clients with a diverse range of health needs, including chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes and dementia. Develop care plans and solutions tailored to each clients individual needs.
