An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders. About the opportunity Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following: Property inspections Processing tenancy applications Property maintenance Regular contact with landlords Facilitating landlord statements About you To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Exceptional customer service Previous exposure within real estate industry preferred. Professional presentation and grooming Consistent attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Must have a full Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
