ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven ICT Senior Network Administrator to join our ICT team in supporting and maintaining a broad, multi-site ICT environment. With the option to be based in Wodonga or Wangaratta, you will play a key role in the management and enhancement of our network and server infrastructure, disaster recovery and backup systems, cybersecurity platforms, and service desk operations. In this role, you will: Provide high-level network management, documentation, and support. Assist with development and collaborate in the management of the Disaster Recovery Backup Process, ensuring they are operational, tested and compliant. Lead and significantly contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of new network infrastructure, upgrades, and migrations. Proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise. Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security appliances. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers. Youll be working across multiple locations including Wangaratta, Wodonga, Shepparton, and Myrtleford, contributing to essential services in a fast-paced and supportive environment. ABOUT YOU You are a solutions-focused professional with strong technical expertise, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage complex systems with minimal supervision. You will bring: Experience in Network Design, Planning and Project Management. Experience with SOPHOS XG Firewall hardware, Cisco Switches and Meraki, or the ability to obtain skills in a timely manner. Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills. A current drivers licence and the ability to travel between locations as required.
