Join to apply for the Administrator Learning and Development role at Country Fire Authority (CFA). Position: Part time (25 hrs/week) | Fixed Term until 22 Sep 2026. About the Role This role provides an opportunity to support the Learning & Development team within the Ararat District, working across district offices and coordinating training and administrative support. Responsibilities Prepare meeting agendas, venue arrangements and catering support. Produce highquality documentation, training materials and supporting data. Maintain training databases and system records. Schedule training instructors and courses. Communicate with the Frontline Learning & Development Team and external partners. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients. Qualifications Experience as an administrator with strong drafting, correspondence and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. Exposure to financial systems is desirable. Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and the ability to work independently.
