Overview Join to apply for the Trade Sales Manager role at National Tiles. We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our Trade sales and Warehousing operations in Biggera Waters. The Company Operating successfully for over 45 years, National Tiles is a recognised leading brand in the supply of tiles and flooring. We are a family-oriented business that prioritises the safety and well-being of our people. The Opportunity Full time, Tues Sat roster. Base + super, commissions & benefits. This role involves day-to-day management of Trade Sales and Warehouse to achieve excellence in operations and customer experience. You will assist customers with product knowledge, expert advice and high-quality customer service. You will also manage the warehouse, including unpacking stock arrivals, picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, conducting stock takes, WHS audits, managing staff and general housekeeping. To Be Successful Lead the trade sales team to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service Minimise the risk of injuries and report all hazards and incidents Drive a safe culture and promote health and well-being Complete monthly safety inspections Maintain a clean and well-stocked trade shop display Stocktake trade items to ensure availability Carrying out warehousing activities including manual handling and forklift driving What We Expect From You Previous sales experience in a trade or building environment with the ability to engage with all types of people Ability to keep a tidy and organised trade shop and warehouse area Comfort with computers and Microsoft Outlook Organised with attention to detail; ability to record information on picking slips Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 25 kg) Compliance with safety regulations and ability to follow WHS instructions Knowledge of the tiling industry is preferred but not essential Hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one Why Join Us We offer training and leadership development, a competitive bonus structure, health and well-being programs and opportunities for career development.
