About the Role TVS is looking for an experienced Viticulturist & Grower Liaison to ensure the overall health, productivity and outcomes of our managed vineyards meet our highquality standards. You will oversee annual planning, pest and disease monitoring, and provide expert viticultural advice to staff and clients, supporting operational teams across a variety of vineyards. Responsibilities Provide technical support and viticultural advice to staff and customers. Lead and assist in managing inhouse labour crews, ensuring operational efficiencies and high fruit quality. Foster productive, positive client relationships. Improve and expand vineyard sampling and data collection. Maintain technical records and client reporting. Requirements Degree in Viticulture or Agricultural/Horticultural Science. Several years of practical, handson vineyard/viticulture experience. Desirable: experience managing staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines. Selfstarter, able to work independently or as part of a small team. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other technical tools. Current Australian drivers licence. Flexibility with work schedule and daily location. Must be an Australian citizen/resident or hold a valid Australian work visa.
