What You Will Be Doing A full-time vacancy exists in our Dorevitch Commercial team for a Commercial Liaison Officer based at our head office in Heidelberg. Utilising your knowledge of Pathology Laboratory processes coupled with excellent sales, negotiation and administrative skills, you will thrive in this busy and fastpaced role. Your key responsibilities will include Providing support to the B2B Manager Daily management of government and private sector contracts Management of both internal team and external client requests Negotiating and upselling commercial pathology services Coordinating onsite activities Administrative duties including preparation of quotes, invoices, agreements and standard operating procedures What Type of Person Will Be Successful These are the attributes and skills you would possess: Understanding of Pathology Laboratory processes Experience in managing large private sector and government contracts Expert problemsolving skills with the aptitude to think outside the box Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines Fivestar customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining great relationships Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, particularly ULTRA (advantageous) Knowledge of Australian/New Zealand Standard 4308, procedure for specimen collection and the detection and quantification of drugs in urine (advantageous) Benefits, Perks and Wellbeing Benefits platform Reduce the impact of the cost of living with everyday savings with 500+ of Australias most-loved brands, from the weekly grocery shop to premium perks like holidays.
