Wash walls and windows as required. Carry out light domestic and laundry tasks. Support team members in building strong, respectful working relationships aligned with our values. Assist supported employees in developing new skills and achieving their employment goals. Ensure all tasks are completed according to instructions, contract specifications, and scheduled timelines. What Were Looking For Cert III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent experience in commercial cleaning. Physically fit for manual handling and environmental demands. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience supporting people with disabilities, especially in service delivery highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication; knows when to elevate issues. Practical problemsolving skills for maintenance and site tasks. White Card and basic WHS knowledge. Valid drivers licence, minimum P2. Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
