Job Overview Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations Team. The role involves working a MondayFriday roster to support the ongoing Maintenance Contract, focusing on demolition work across the site. Responsibilities Work MondayFriday to support the ongoing Maintenance Contract, focusing on demolition across the site. Demolish structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) structures. Plan frontend, coordinate and execute assigned work, ensuring deliverables meet required standards and timelines. Communicate effectively, proactively solve problems, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Qualifications Certificate IV in Demolition and at least 3 years of practical supervisory experience in demolition, including 3 major projects with at least one completed in the last 5 years. Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor in mechanical maintenance/shutdowns. Trade qualification in either Mechanical or Structural discipline. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary work crews. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Expertise in developing demolition methodologies and sitespecific plans. Excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety. Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
