(prorata) plus up to 17% superannuation About the role As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of units within nursing at undergraduate and graduate levels and support the Institutes research, course and administrative functions. Responsibilities Undertake teaching and assessment of undergraduate, honours and postgraduate students Develop, teach, lead and moderate units Undertake research activities Supervise students undertaking project units and honours courses About you You will work as part of the Institutes team of academic and administrative staff, possessing proven educational, research and professional experience, and seeking to embed long and shortterm research strategies for the Institute within the Universitys strategic framework. You will be a creative thinker, avid problemsolver, and a cando candidate with initiative, innovation and a positive attitude. Qualifications Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Commitment to scholarship and potential for academic advancement Commitment and enthusiasm for teaching Excellent clinical nursing skills and knowledge Previous experience in academic administration All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
