Ingenia Freshwater Burpengary is a vibrant over-50s lifestyle community nestled in the peaceful suburb of Burpengary East, just north of Brisbane and minutes from the coast, where your role helps shape a resortstyle experience for residents enjoying modern homes, lush surroundings, and exceptional amenities like a clubhouse, pool, and wellness programs. Reporting to the Community Manager, youll play a key role in maintaining the impeccable appearance of the site and attending to any maintenance issues as they arise in accordance with the requirements of the site, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents! Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents. Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. Youre Likely a Match If You Have handson experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a teamfirst attitude. Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions. Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment.
