We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support the Quality Control Team of a large manufacturing business. Compensation & Hours $45.81 per hour inclusive of casual loading Part-time hours Monday to Friday 9:00am 3:00pm Placement to January2026 Dynamic and energetic working environment Primary Roles and Responsibilities Strong administrative and documentation skills Review CoAs, log complaints and complete NCRs with attention to detail Experience supporting electronic quality systems (preferred but not essential) Provide system support and user guidance Manage multiple tasks and prioritise daily responsibilities Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion Requirements for Success Minimum 2years experience in administration support Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel Proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic If you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered, please apply now or email Hannah Limond at [email protected].
