About the Role The Team Leader leads a team in the provision of quality customer services, including making complex decisions, providing technical advice in relevant fields and ensuring the achievement of performance targets. The teams operate in a high-volume assessment environment that provides customer services to a range of stakeholders regarding all matters related to Licensing. The Team Leader also provides services, information and assistance to customers on a wide range of escalated matters and deals with complex enquiries to facilitate outcomes in line with legislative requirements. Ideal Candidate Will be proficient in leading a team and responding to highly complex escalated enquiries to complete related tasks and achieve service standards. Along with applying specialised SafeWork Licensing knowledge on legislation, regulations and procedures to facilitate appropriate customer outcomes. Monitoring, reviewing and analysing work volumes to report new and emerging issues to develop and implement systems, procedures, and projects, to achieve business outcomes and improve performance standards. Can lead a high performing team with a culture of accountability and achievement. Responding to enquiries with accuracy to ensure service is provided to expected standards. Demonstrate that you can lead a high performing team with a culture of accountability and achievement. Have experience in leading a team through transformational change. Anticipate and address contentious issues, providing accurate advice and promote continuous process and service improvements, within tight timeframes.
