Role Purpose We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team, reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager. Your passion is food, and you know your way around a drinks menu. You cant wait to move up the ladder and you set an example for everyone in your team! You will assist in leading the team and creating a dining experience that keeps our guests wanting more. You will collaborate with our guests by: Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators Leading by example and championing our guiding principles to bring the best out of your team Providing a warm and genuine service experience Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides Responsibilities Skills and experience: We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards! You will need to demonstrate: Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required Ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment, keeping high standards of service Friendly and confident communication skills QLD RSA essential Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months Why Us You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
