You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employmentProviding coaching and support at workplaces and remotely for job seekers and employers to facilitate independence and suitable ongoing employmentCollaborating with employers to develop and implement tailored workplace support plans and strategiesDeveloping positive partnerships with employers and local community support organisationsSupporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives to enhance workplace skills for people with disabilityMarketing your participants skills to prospective employersAchieving program performance and quality benchmarksKeeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirementsWe are looking for individuals who are:Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help people with disability succeed in employmentRelationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employersQuality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelinesProblem solvers with the ability to tailor and implement individualised workplace strategies and plans to support participants in sustainable employmentTech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systemsConfident working independently and across a range of workplace environmentsAt Sureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
