Latrobe Regional Health is looking for an Orthopaedic HMO to join our growing team on a fulltime fixed basis. The Orthopaedic HMO plays a vital role in delivery highquality medical care across a broad range of clinical areas for orthopaedic cases. Working under the supervision of Registrars, Consultants and Clinical Leads, the Orthopaedic HMO contributes to the ongoing assessment, management, and treatment of patients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop clinical skills, gain exposure to diverse medical specialities, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and educational environment. Working Together We will respond to challenges together to create a safe, quality health service. Responsibilities Assess, manage and document the clinical needs of patients under supervision, ensuring safe and evidencebased care. Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations and diagnostic assessment to support accurate clinical decisionmaking. Participate in patient management planning, including investigations, treatment and discharge processes. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary health care team. About you Hold a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. Hold current general registration with AHPRA. Demonstrated clinical experience, with a sound understanding of medical procedures and patient management principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Benefits Salary packaging up to $9,000 per annum.
