About the role Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. Duties and responsibilities: Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes Allocating and assigning loads to drivers Stock management and coordination of deliveries Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance Yard maintenance and frontend loader operation Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products About you : Be a team player who is selfmotivated with the ability to work unsupervised, Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results focused Have effective communication skills and work under pressure Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position Driver''s license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage Be willing to complete a preemployment medical including a drug and alcohol screening Why join Holcim?
