About the Role As a Clinical Team Leader working with the core care team, you will provide outstanding, individualized care to residents, oversee a team of care staff, and empower them through learning and support. You will partner with the Clinical Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance meet internal and external auditing standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through diligent use of ANACC funding, care planning, and community engagement. Lead all clinical services in line with Regis process and policy. Provide highquality clinical services and professional practice. Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, completed on time, and reflects uptodate resident health records. Apply bestpractice medication management guidelines and monitor compliance. Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency. Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse. Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia. Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, with specific aged care clinical experience. Demonstrated leadership, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal). Sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and use of ANACC.
