Responsibilities Ensure merchandisers effectively communicate marketing plans and promotional materials at store level Approve daily merchandising hours in SIF Lead, nurture, and develop your team with respect and trust, while building succession plans for key roles Liaise with HR regarding WHS hazards and employee matters including onboarding, training, inductions, performance management, and resignations Allocate sufficient merchandiser coverage to each store Create and manage roster schedules for all merchandisers Manage storelevel sales targets with each merchandiser (CORE and SOR) Support the State Sales Manager with sales functions and responsibilities Report all hazards, accidents, and incidentsincluding environmental and Chain of Responsibility (COR) matterspromptly and in accordance with company procedures About You Youve spent years mastering the art of floristry now youre ready to lead.
