Perisher is part of Vail Resorts, which owns and operates ski areas including iconic resorts such as Falls Creek, Hotham and international destinations like Park City, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb and Vail. As the Skitube Mechanical Supervisor, you will effectively and efficiently supervise the human and other resources available with the goal of ensuring Skitube mechanical maintenance activities, inclusive of all rolling stock and other associated infrastructure, are properly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Safety Environmental Management System (SEMS), relevant safety legislation, company policy, procedures and instructions and other industrial laws and/or regulations. Responsibilities Accurately process Maintenance Work Orders and Templates as required ensuring all maintenance and/or inspection documentation is properly authorised, completed and filed. Liaise with the Skitube Maintenance Manager and the Skitube Electrical Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance is scheduled and completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Lead, motivate and effectively supervise all maintenance staff and contractors. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent as a minimum (or willingness to attain). Certificate of Competency in relevant Rail Safety Work disciplines including rolling stock and track (or willingness to attain).
