As a member of the store leadership team, you support the Store Manager in all areas of running a multimillion dollar business from motivating team members to rostering and reporting. Youll help deliver an exceptionally efficient service to our customers. Responsibilities Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members. Maintain store appearance, safety, and cleanliness to the highest standards. Manage stock, keep inventory on track, and minimise losses. Work with the team on registers, shelf filling, and merchandising special buys. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative ideas. Ensure smooth store operations to keep customers satisfied. Step in to run the store while the Store Manager is on leave. Support the Store Manager in achieving store results and overseeing policy implementation. Qualifications Experience leading teams, preferably in a customerfacing environment. Topnotch communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers. Passion and skill for motivating, training, and encouraging your team to perform at their best. Ability to support the Store Manager to achieve store results. Professional and responsible approach to all situations.
