We offer a range of services including a caf, candy bar, cinema, box office services, function facilities and pool kiosk. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visit to our venue is enjoyable and memorable.About the RoleAs a Front of House Attendant, you will play a vital role in coordinating the daily activities and functions of our customer service operations. This includes providing professional table service in our caf, handling ticket sales and concessions in the candy bar and cinema, and assisting with the smooth running of other functions, performances, and events. Your responsibilities include:Greeting and seating guestsTaking food and drink ordersPreparing and delivering drinks and mealsAnswering customer inquiries and making menu recommendationsUsing a point-of-sale system and handling cashAdhering to Food Safety Standards, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Movie Classification legislationMaintaining cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the venueFor further information on the role, please see the position description.About YouWe are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are enthusiastic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
