About This OpportunityWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Senior Administration Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and business support for the Analytics for the Australian Grains Industry (AAGI) a national GRDC co-investment between UQ, Curtin University, and the University of Adelaide.In this role, youll coordinate operations, finance, reporting, and events, while supporting senior academics and professional staff across schools and partner universities. Success in this position will require exceptional communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinate research project cycles oversee planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of AAGI activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.Lead business operations independently manage administrative and operational needs, applying specialist knowledge and aligning activities with strategic priorities.Strengthen governance and compliance develop and maintain project documentation, manage risks, and ensure adherence to UQ, funding, and legislative requirements.Drive systems and process improvements design, implement, and review procedures and business processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.Manage finance and reporting work with Faculty finance teams to oversee budgets, forecasting, expenditure, and provide data analysis and operational reporting.Foster stakeholder engagement build strong relationships across UQ, partner universities, and external organisations to support collaboration and successful delivery.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
