Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.OverviewAs a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers to assist them with their purchases.Work as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders.Maintain a high level of merchandising standards across the store.Please note: Peak Trade Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to the start of February 2026).
