About the roleWe are seeking a friendly and reliable Cleaning Services professional to join our team at McLeod Country Golf Club in Mount Ommaney, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule. As part of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness across our golf club facilities.What youll be doingThoroughly clean and sanitise all designated areas, including clubhouse, locker rooms, halfway house and libraryReplenish supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas as neededIdentify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the General ManagerAdhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresCollaborate with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of customer serviceWork hours are flexible and aimed at a work life balance with 5am to 9am daily schedules across a 7day roster.What were looking forPrevious experience in a similar Cleaning Services role, ideally within the hospitality or facilities management industryStrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independentlyExcellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approachFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysA keen eye for identifying and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issuesWhat we offerIn addition to a competitive hourly rate, we provide access to a range of employee benefits, including discounted golf memberships, uniform and opportunities for professional development.
