We are a 12-bed unit that care for unwell babies that range from premature to full term older babies.To be part of the team you will need to be innovative, friendly and collaborative.Our Nursery is passionate about providing best care, everywhere for our families that attend Eastern Health.The ward clerk is fundamental to ensuring quality customer service, and administration duties including receiving phone calls, contacting medical staff, coordinating the in-charge phone, customer service duties, answering the door to families, ordering consumables, attending to admissions and discharges as well as being part of the team for theme dress up days and celebrating special events.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess :Previous experience within administration (previous experience in health care ideal)Commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceCompetent in computer literacyHighly developed interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to high quality careThe ability to work as part of a diverse teamExcellent communication and organisational skillsHealthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in theAustralian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
