ABOUT THE ROLE Deliver exceptional presentation of the gardens, wedding sites and outdoor spaces across the Hotel Grounds maintenance exclusive of vines and viticulture Hands on role with a solid understanding of managing a large garden property. Knowledge of modern techniques in lawn mowing and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, clipping of topiary, fertilizing, planting, turfing, pest and disease control Make recommendations on the Hotel grounds and assist with the long-term planning and development of the complex. ABOUT YOU Success in a similar role and exposure to a large scale garden operation An acute eye for detail and development of solutions to ensure the high standard is maintained. A good working knowledge of various types of associated equipment Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively Positive mindset and a can-do attitude Only applicants with valid working rights in Australia & National Police Check will be considered for this position.
