With a focus on food safety, quality, and service excellence, youll plan menus, coordinate caf operations, and lead by example in a supportive and respectful environment.Your opportunityMust be available Weds/Thurs/FriIn this role, youll take ownership of daily caf operations, from food preparation to service delivery, ensuring residents and visitors enjoy a warm, welcoming and memorable experience.With professionalism and creativity, you will:Deliver high-quality food and service to meet customer expectationsPlan and coordinate caf operations, including menus and stock orderingProactively manage customer queries and provide timely solutionsMaintain compliance with HACCP, WHS, and food safety regulationsMonitor budgets, contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, and suggest process improvementsLead and support caf staff through on-the-job training and teamworkWhat youll bringYoure a passionate and experienced chef with a flair for customer service and teamwork.
