This is a great opportunity to let your unique skills and experience shine in an organisation that offers amazing benefits including a 9 day fortnight, long service leave after 5 years, ongoing training opportunities, career growth & roster stability.RESPONSIBILITIESOperating a range of plant and equipment e.g Backhoe, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Excavator (Knowledge of engineering infrastructure construction and maintenance techniquesFollowing procedures and processesWorking with minimal supervisionWorking effectively with othersMonitoring and maintaining a safe workplacePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHold a Certificate III in Civil Construction OR related field OR equivalent experienceWHS General Construction induction CardAbility to operate a range of heavy plantDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of peopleProven ability to contribute to positive team cultureDemonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision whilst applying great time management skillsCurrent HR Class Drivers licenceA Certificate III in Civil Construction, Plant or other related field is desirable however applicants with 12 months equivalent experience and/or a willingness to obtain this Certificate will be accepted.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWant to know more?
