Ampol Rutherford, New South Wales, Australia RIGID DRIVER Were looking for a dedicated and experienced Rigid Packed Truck Driver who values safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic to become part of our team at the Rutherford Depot. In this role, youll play a key part in delivering packed goods, bulk drums (205L) and IBCs including some pump ins safely, efficiently, and sustainably across our region. Responsibilities (A day in the life) Arrive on time to provide critical resources to customers. Participate in safety talks, conduct predelivery assessments, and perform safety inspections on sites. Collaborate with peers and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Represent Ampol across locations, visiting customers, communities, terminals, and diesel stops. Work with scheduling and fleet teams to confirm run sheets and understand customer needs. Must Haves Commitment to Ampols values. Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and persuasive influence. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Safety and customerfocused attitude. Proficient with Electronic Work Diary (EWD) systems via invehicle truck PC. Nice to Haves Fuel/Oil transport industry experience. Current DG licence. Current SLP licence. Operational knowledge of relevant laws and statutes (OH&S, environmental, dangerous goods, transportation regulations). About Ampol We are proud of our heritage.
