This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our operations. About the Role As an Administration Clerk, youll play a key role in supporting the business with clerical and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Processing invoices and maintaining customer accounts Preparing correspondence and compiling reports Managing routine admin functions such as mail, banking, and stationery Supporting other admin functions and working closely with internal departments Promoting and practicing workplace health and safety policies This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on business needs and performance. What Youll Bring Completion of Year 11 or 12 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional presentation and a team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
